BREEDER'S BIO  |  ISABELLE RICARD

Isabelle is a very versatile woman with many passions!

She has a bachelor's degree in industrial design, naturopathy and has studied classical singing at the university.

As a Mezzo-soprano, she is regularly invited to perform in concerts as a soloist in Quebec.

She has joined the Montreal Symphony Orchestra (OSM) and the Opera de Montreal as well.

Isabelle loves painting. She is particularly fond of naive art.

She is also a graphic designer and she has designed all the labels for her wines.

In 2004, with her husband, she started LE CHAT BOTTÉ vineyard/winery which now produces nearly 50,000 bottles. The winery opened its doors to the public in 2012. They produce more than 15 different wines and have added 2 sparkling ciders. Their wines have won more than 50 awards in Canadian and International competitions. Several wines are sold at the SAQ. The 2023 harvest will be certified organic. The winery is opened to the public.
